ANULF T. SANNES
Anulf Sannes disposed of his land in Traill County. N.D. in the spring of 1910 and with his family moved to Fosston and since has been a valued citizen of the place up to the time of his death, Sunday July 10th. There are many outside of his family who mourn with them in the passing away of their kindly and affectionate husband and father. Mr. Sannes had been ill for some time past, his trouble, constriction of the bowels, becoming acute about three weeks before his death. The departed was born in Numedahl, Norway, August 16th, 1847, and would have been 74 years of age next August. In 1872 he Immigrated to the United States and engaged in the occupation of farming up to the time of his retiring from active work in 1910. Dec. 12th, 1890, he was married in Traill County, N.D., to Turi Haugen, who survives her husband, as do two of their children, Mrs. Bruce Christiansen, of Bonetrail, N.D., and Miss Thea, who lives at home. One child died in infancy. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon in the Kingo church, conducted by pastor Rev. J. Mortensen. Mrs. Bruce Christensen, of Bonetrail, N.D., and her three children were here for the funeral.
