Warnes, Rev. Ronald Martin Age 60 passed away on July 3, 2020 of cancer surrounded by family. Pastor Ron was born on April 9, 1960 to Martin O. and Carol I. Warnes. He earned a MDiv from LNTS Seminary. As a compassionate pastor served large and smaller congregations. A learned theologian, he led mission trips to Belize, India, Africa, and Jamaica. A gifted leader he was active on Synod, conference, and community boards serving the Lord. He traveled the world extensively. Celebrating his life are beloved wife, Rev. Janet of over 30 years and loving daughter Alisa. His sisters: Sue (Jerry) Quam, Debra (John) Jarzynski, brother Steve (Tanja) Warnes, brothers-in-law Rev. Daniel (Rachel) Tengbom, Rev. David Tengbom, and sister-in- law Judith Tengbom Collins (Barry), and nieces and nephews. Committal Service will be held on July 15, 2020 at 2pm at Chisago Lake Cemetery in Center City, MN.
